Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support at thaithienluonggz614@gmail.com within the return window to initiate the process. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect varies depending on your payment provider.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
